Disorders of the menstrual cycle may result from the therapy you use, be related to the disease you are treating or be a consequence of gynecological disorders. However, it is difficult for me to assess to what extent in your case we can actually talk about "disorders". The menstrual cycle is considered regular and normal if it lasts 28 days (plus/minus 5 days and the number of days of the cycle is about the same in subsequent cycles), blood loss ranges from about 50 to about 80 ml and ovulation occurs. Menstruation, i.e. cyclical bleeding from the genital tract, should last on average from 3 to 7-8 days. If you have any doubts in this regard, you should first go to the gynecologist, even if the tests do not indicate pregnancy. As far as medicines are concerned, amenorrhea is a rare side effect of Preato - it may affect 1 in 1,000 people taking this medicine. With Faxolet, less than 1 in 10 people may experience menstrual disorders such as increased bleeding or more frequent irregular bleeding. Cloranxen can also cause menstrual disorders and inhibition of ovulation, with the frequency of such side effects not stated in the drug documentation.
