Is the protection maintained if I pulled out the puck at 6 o'clock on Saturday and put it in a week on Saturday at 8 o'clock? In the leaflet it is written that the protection can be reduced if the delay with the application of the next disc is longer than 3 hours, and in this case there were 2 hours.

Yes, the protection is maintained if you took out the disc at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday and put it on Saturday at 8:00 a week's time.
