It is possible, although unlikely, that 1.5 weeks after taking ellaOne you will experience nausea and lower abdominal pain. I do not know if you are pregnant - you have not taken a pregnancy test, therefore, I have no grounds to answer. The first symptoms of pregnancy appear around the 6th week of pregnancy, so the situation you describe is certainly not related to pregnancy, which does not mean that the pill after worked. If you are pregnant, the described symptoms do not indicate it.
