good morning, I am 67 years old and hypertension, I was prescribed bisocrad 5 mg. I take it a week, at the beginning the pulse was at the level of 60-70, today 110-130 depending on the time of day. Is the bisocard delayed? Can the fact that it also takes Furosemide have a negative impact on the action of bisocard?

The first effects of bisoprolol (Bisocard medicinal product) are usually observed on the first day after taking the drug, but the full therapeutic effect in the form of a decrease in heart rhythm and blood pressure is achieved after about a week of use. If after 7 days the results of blood pressure and heart rhythm measurements are unchanged or have deteriorated, please contact your doctor. Concomitant use of Furosemide and Bisocard may increase the hypotensive effect, but in most cases this is the intended effect.
