Unfortunately, my experience with this entity is very negative. I ordered a prescription for 3 packs of a drug used to treat ulcerative colitis, while a prescription was issued for 1 pack.

Since May 27, I have been trying to clarify the matter. Despite repeated contacts and sending documentation from the Internet Patient Account, I did not receive a satisfactory solution to the problem. The responses referred to a dosage of 1 tablet per day, while my actual treatment includes 6 tablets per day (3 in the morning and 3 in the evening). In addition, the form on the website does not allow you to indicate a higher dosage.

The most disappointing thing was the lack of substantive reference to the documents I presented and the prolonged processing time of the application. For chronic medications, such delays can cause unnecessary stress and concerns about the continuity of treatment.

I hope that the entity will improve the way patients are served and the process of handling complaints and prescription requests.
