I do not recommend even discourage after paying you lose money and so much do not issue anything but invite you by e-mail for a paid consultation. People on the other side of the culture should learn. For me, clearly a site depopulating money and that's it. E-prescription – I paid for teleconsultations to receive the medicine I am taking. There was no consultation, only e-mail that the doctor refused to issue a prescription. The money, of course, was gone...
