I do not find Olfen 140 mg unless the entry is for Olfen Patch patches. If so, please read on. The absorption of diclofenac - the active substance of Olfen Patch - after topical application is very poor, which also results in a very low plasma concentration of diclofenac compared to the plasma concentration after oral use, therefore the ad hoc use of patches in patients with high cholesterol and elevated triglyceride levels is not strictly contraindicated. The likelihood of systemic adverse reactions is therefore negligible compared to the likelihood of adverse reactions following oral administration of diclofenac. However, if diclofenac patch is to be applied for a long time on extensive areas of the skin, you should consult a doctor before applying it. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac
