Glaucoma, especially if the disease is in the process of diagnosis, is a contraindication to the use of pramolan. In the first place, all tests for glaucoma should be performed, appropriate treatment should be initiated. Only then will it be possible to determine whether pramolan will be safe to use. It should be borne in mind that drugs such as Pramolan, in rare cases, may aggravate the symptoms of glaucoma.
