When to insert a Ginoring disc if I change the form of contraception from patches to disc?

Hello, I used the patches (evra), on Monday I took off the patch and wait for the month. The doctor prescribed me ginoring. When to apply the disc?

The change from the patches to the disc can be made immediately after peeling off the patch or after a 7-day break from removing the 3 patch - that is, when I would stick the first patch from the new package. They proceed in one of the ways described above, protection will be maintained and there is no need to use an additional form of contraception while using the disc.
