What can elevated levels of gamma glutamyltransferase (GGT) mean?

I was doing a blood test. Everything in the norm except in the biochemistry of gamma glutamyltransferase. Norm 9-36. For me 86. Is there anything to worry about?

Elevated levels of gamma glutamyltransferase (GGT) may be associated with liver or pancreatic diseases, peptic ulcer disease, or alcoholic disease. The level of GGT may also increase during the use of certain drugs, e.g. antiepileptics. However, it is not the competence of pharmacists to interpret the test results, so I recommend that you see a doctor who has access to your medical history, thanks to which he can accurately interpret incorrect results.
