Why is there no improvement in the treatment of anxiety disorders after increasing the dose of Paroxinor and including Cloranxen?

Hi I've been taking 2 years paroxinor 40 and parogen 300 and for some time I felt a bigger drug I'm afraid to walk so as not to overwrucic, and I would just lie down and do nothing. And when I enter, for example, the store I get such a drug and I immediately get hot. I went back to the doctor and prescribed me cloranxen 5 in the morning and paroxinor raised me to 60 what do you think for this therapy and I have been taking for three days and so far there is nothing to improve

It should be remembered that pharmacotherapy alone is not enough and a very important element of the treatment of anxiety disorders is appropriate psychotherapy. What's more, Cloranxen is intended for short-term treatment of anxiety during periods of worsening or temporary anxiety, and the duration of treatment should not exceed 4 weeks. I do not know your medical history to determine whether a given therapy is appropriate - it is worth reporting the lack of expected effects of treatment to the attending physician, so that he can possibly modify them.
