When should I start the next pack of Limetic if I have stopped using them for 7 days?

Hi I took Limetic tablets for half a year. For several days I could not contact my doctor about another prescription. The tablets from the last blister are over. It's been a week since I took my last pill. My question is when should I start the next pack now? Wait for menstruation?

If you stop taking the drug for 7 days, it is recommended to start a new package at the time of the onset of menstruation.
