To @Бабушка:
With Crohn's disease, sleeping pills should be carefully selected so that they do not irritate the digestive tract. It is worth trying natural methods first, such as a regular sleep rhythm, avoiding screens before bed, and relaxation. If this does not help, you can consider herbal medicines or melatonin, which are gentler on the digestive tract. In the case of chronic insomnia, it is worth consulting a doctor who will choose a safe drug tailored to your health condition.
As a pharmacist, within my competence I can offer herbal preparations available without a prescription, e.g.:

It's also a good idea to maintain a regular sleep schedule and avoid screens before bed. Practices such as meditation, yoga, or breathing techniques can help reduce stress and improve sleep quality.

I have Crohn's disease. I take Mesacol.Zhukpya insomnia. What to do? What pills to take for insomnia?
I also suffer from insomnia because of the drug. It is very difficult to live with chronic insomnia. I now take mine both in the morning and then by night time I sleep a little better. I also use sleeping tablets when things get too bad. Exhaustion is very bad for RA so we need to get enough sleep. The drug changed my life as far as pain is concerned but the sleeplessness is very difficult.

Insomnia is a side effect observed in 1-10% of patients taking sulfasalazine. Perhaps herbal preparations that facilitate falling asleep will be helpful. You can read more about this in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/bezsennosc
