Do Systen 50 patches affect ovulation?

Good morning, if I have glued patches system 50 gynecologist saw on ultrasound ovulation 5 days later I did an ovulation test and came out 2 lines what it means , can it be through these patches ? I will add that we are trying for a child.

The patches contain estradiol, supplementing deficiencies may indirectly affect the stimulation of ovulation. However, it is not a drug used to stimulate ovulation and its intake does not affect the result of the ovulation test (it does not falsify the result).
