Could this lack of taste and smell mean I have coronavirus?

Good morning. I have a question. I've been for a week now. I did not have fever but for 3 days there was a lack of taste and smell. I went to the doctor and the bronchi are clean. The doctor did not even mention the test for the coronavirus. Is it possible that I did not have symptoms or this lack of taste and smell may mean that I have the coronavirus.
