Can I stop taking Cital overnight and return to Asertin?

Hello, I have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for many years. I am currently going through a crisis in my private life and the doctor prescribed me the drug cital. So far, I've been taking Asertin for a good few years. I have been taking cital 20 mg for 4 weeks, unfortunately I feel terrible, anxiety has returned and I have them several times a day. I thought to take asertin again. Unfortunately, a visit to a psychiatrist awaits me only in a few weeks and I wonder if I can stop the cital overnight and return to asertin?
