Can I use Nimesil after gastric resection?

For pain in the hand, the doctor prescribed me the drug nimesil. I forgot to tell him that I was after bariatric surgery (sleve) Can I take this drug after such a procedure if it supposedly irritates the stomach and can even lead to perforation?

Jak w przypadku wszystkich NLPZów (niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych) w tym Nimesilu, istnieje ryzyko podrażnienia żołądka, krwawień z przewodu pokarmowego czy perforacji.
Jeśli jest to bezwzględnie konieczne, Nimesil należy stosować jak najkrócej. Być może warto w pierwszej kolejności zastosować miejscowe leki przeciwbólowe w postaci maści, żelu czy plastra, które w takiej sytuacji wydają się bezpieczniejszym rozwiązaniem.
