Tak, podczas przyjmowania leku Tetralysal skuteczność tabletek antykoncepcyjnych może być obniżona do tego stopnia, że współżyjąc bez zabezpieczenia może Pani zajść w ciążę.
Godzina przyjmowania leku nie ma w tym przypadku żadnego znaczenia - skuteczność i tak może być obniżona, dlatego należy dodatkowo zabezpieczać się przez cały okres antybiotykoterapii oraz 7 dni po jej zakończeniu.
