Co do zasady - nie zaleca się łączenia alkoholu z jakimikolwiek lekami. Jednak w opisanym przez Pana przypadku - niewielka ilość alkoholu spożyta wieczorem, w dużym odstępie czasu od Propranololu rano, nie powinna negatywnie wpłynąć na skuteczność leczenia.
