Can I use Clatra and quercetin with vitamin C in this way?
Good morning. She uses Clatra 3x1 hour before each meal. After an hour before meals, I take 800mg of quercithine with vit. C. For histamine intolerances. Can Clatra with quercithine be taken at this interval?
