Will something happen when I start my pill break one day in advance?

Hello, Some time ago I took 5 tablets from the blister (Logest), but after 1 (or after 40 minutes) slightly vomited. After 30 minutes I took another tablet from the blister. Today I took the last tablet from the blister (tomorrow I should take the last tablet, but because I vomited one tablet and took an additional tablet from the same blister I ran out of blister today). I should start the break from the pills the day after tomorrow, but I do not have a tablet for tomorrow - will something happen when I start the break from the tablets one day earlier, that is, tomorrow? How will this affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Nie, nic się nie stanie, jeśli rozpocznie Pani przerwę od tabletek jeden dzień wcześniej. Skuteczność antykoncepcji pozostanie zachowana.
