Can you recommend a substitute for Posterisan that does not cause such side effects?

Dear Madam I have a question about the drug. From time to time I have a hemorrhoidal ailment. Usually several times a year and the symptoms usually last up to two weeks. And here begins my question whether you can recommend any mild drugs? Whenever I have a relapse, my wife puts posterisan suppositories on me (1 a.m. and 1 p.m.) for about a week until she finishes packing. The drug works effectively, but as soon as my wife gives me a suppository, I feel a burning sensation for about an hour. In the evening it is additionally unpleasant because for an hour I can not fall asleep, my wife also because I fidget all the time (because of baking). What could be the cause of such a reaction? Hypersensitivity, allergy? Why does it take up to an hour of time? Does a suppository take an hour to dissolve? Can you recommend a drug replacement that does not cause such side effects?
