I have bouts of shortness of breath every now and then - can someone answer me, is it an increase in asthma or maybe COVID-19?
Hi I have allergic asthma but it has improved and recently I do not take medication. And I have attacks of shortness of breath every now and then for a while and let go can someone answer me whether it is the severity of asthma or maybe covid?

Sama informacja o tym, że posiada Pani ataki duszności nie jest wystarczająca, aby ktokolwiek mógł stwierdzić u Pani zakażenie koronawirusem.
Jeśli podejrzewa Pani u siebie zakażenie, proszę wejść na stronę: https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/zapisz-sie-na-test-na-koronawirusa, gdzie po wypełnieniu ankiety można zlecić sobie wykonanie testu PCR. Jest to aktualnie główna metoda wykrywania COVID-19.
Leki na astmę stosuje się je stale i regularnie, niezależnie od występowania objawów astmy. Nie należy w żadnym wypadku na własną rękę przerywać terapii, jeśli zauważy się poprawę, gdyż najprawdopodobniej objawy choroby nawrócą. Niewykluczone, że będzie tak także w Pani przypadku.
Jeśli test w kierunku COVID-19 da wynik negatywny, sugeruję kontakt z pulmonologiem lub lekarzem rodzinnym.
