Pomiędzy w/w lekami zachodzą pewne interakcje. Ze względu na ich charakter i stopień nasilenia, na ogół interakcje te nie są jednak przeciwwskazaniem do jednoczesnego stosowania tych leków. Ze względu na fakt, iż u niektórych pacjentów mogą wystąpić zawroty głowy warto pomiędzy ich stosowaniem zachować kilkugodzinną przerwę, minimum 2-3h.

Ilość i nasilenie działań niepożądanych uwarunkowana jest indywidualną wrażliwością pacjenta, dawką i kombinacją leków. Warto mieć świadomość tego, jakie mogą być skutki jednoczesnego stosowania wspomnianych leków, by w przypadku ich zaobserwowania pacjent potrafił powiązać objawy z faktem łączenia określonych substancji.
