How should I discontinue Welbutrin and what interval should I keep when returning to Cital?

I am currently taking an increased dose of Welbutrin at a dose of 300mg for two weeks. Unfortunately, at a dose of the drug 150, the improvement was very minimal, and at 300mg nothing changes for the better, I even feel a slight anxiety. I received the drug in dance 300 mg for two months. I can have a visit to the doctor in 4 weeks. However, I would like to discontinue the drug already, due to this anxiety and the lack of treatment effects. I also want to return to the previous drug that was more effective as soon as possible - Cital. How should I stop welbutrin and what should I do when returning to Cital?
