Nie znajduję danych odnośnie bezpieczeństwa stosowania leku Nexpram dłużej, niż 6 miesięcy.
Niemniej jednak escitalopram (substancja czynna leku Nexpram) w określonych przypadkach może być stosowana przewlekle. O czym pisaliśmy w innym wątku na forum:
