Jednoczesne stosowania ketoprofenu (Ketonal) w formie iniekcji i doustnych niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych, takich jak meloksykam (Trosicam), o ile jest niezbędne, zawsze powinno odbywać się ściśle według wytycznych lekarza. Równoczesne stosowanie wspomnianych leków może bowiem zwiększać ryzyko krwawień z przewodu pokarmowego, stąd należy unikać tego typu połączeń.
