Hello, I have been taking birth control pills for 5 years. I was supposed to start the next pack on Wednesday (after a break for Placebo tablets) on Wednesday I forgot to take the first tablet from the package and took on Thursday at 20;30 two tablets at once as it was written in the leaflet. It also says that if I had intercourse within a week before the start of the new package, there is a risk that fertilization has occurred, by forgetting to take the first pill from the package. Is it possible?

Jak najbardziej, jest możliwe zajście w ciążę, jeśli pacjentka współżyła i nie wzięła pierwszej pigułki antykoncepcyjnej na czas, gdyż po 24 godzinach od zażycia ostatniej tabletki placebo ochrona antykoncepcyjna wygasa, a plemniki w drogach rodnych kobiety mogą żyć do 5 dni (a według nielicznych źródeł nawet do 7 dni), co stwarza możliwości zapłodnienia.
