Is additional spotting during the cycle when using the Kyleena insole normal?

Good morning, I have a Kyleen insole on since June. Until now, the bleeding after putting on the IUD was quite regular and long (about 8 days). Usually, I had a cycle of about 25 and with an insert with small deviations, this did not change. This month the bleeding began on 19.10 and ended on 23.10, 24.10 intercourse, and on 26.10 there was spotting and back pain quite strong. I will add that I had a cold before and took Mucopect and Nebbud. Is this spotting normal? I was worried because so far I have not had spots at the insert. Should I go to the doctor or hold off yet?
