Can I change the time of antibiotic administration from 22 to 20?

Good morning, from today I give my son (15kg) amotaxi 2x 6.5ml. The second dose should get at 22 but from fatigue already falls asleep can I change the time of administration of the drug to the 20st?

Yes, you can change the time of administration at the beginning of therapy. The antibiotic should then be given at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. until the end of the pack or according to the schedule that has been agreed with your doctor.
