Should I do hormonal tests if I don't have my period 48 days after stopping contraception?

What can be the cause of amenorrhea? I stopped contraception after the doctor's recommendations because it affected me badly. I stopped it three months ago. Now I have the 48th day of the cycle . For 8 days I have the impression that I have had a period. And I do not know if I have to be hormonally lost? Apparently, I have to wait 4 months for the research to come out reliably. But I'm starting to worry. Because I read that amenorrhea can cause infertility.
