Is it safe to increase the dose of Dulsevi for other concomitant diseases?

Is it advisable to increase the dose of Dulsevia from 30mg to 120mg (2 tabl. in the morning and 2 tabl. in the evening) for a person over 70 years of age from day to day? Is it appropriate to take it with other drugs: in the morning Sulpiride 50mg, in the evening Ketrel 1 tabl. 25mg and Hydroxyzine 10mg 3 tabl.? Additional diseases: hyperthyroidism, taking Metizol 5 mg 1 tabl. and hypertension, taken Nebilenin 1 tabl. 5mg

Jeśli lekarz prowadzący zalecił takie dawkowanie to wszystko powinno być w porządku. Zwłaszcza, że wg wytycznych dawki lecznicze można stopniowo zwiększać do 120mg. Terapia jest przewidziana dla Pacjentów cierpiących na zaburzenia lękowe lub depresyjne. Pozostałe leki, nie powinny wchodzić w interakcje.
Oczywiście zawsze przy zmianie dawkowania należy obserwować Pacjenta, jak reaguje na zmianę.
