Is the delay of the second menstruation the result of taking ellaOne?

Hi on August 16 I had sexual intercourse (26th day of the cycle) we protected ourselves but for the 4th day I took an ellaone tablet (I know that I should not). I got my period on time because after 31 days of the cycle, but it was different. Stingy and longer than normal but I considered it the result of taking a pill. After 10 days and 27 days after intercourse, I did a pregnancy test that was both negative. The period this month is already 3 days late, despite this I feel cramps in the abdomen from time to time, etc. Could this be the result of taking a pill? Is there still any chance that it is pregnancy?
