Podczas terapii jakimikolwiek lekami, w tym Xarelto, nie zaleca się spożywania alkoholu. Jeśli jednak jest to jednorazowa sytuacja, ilość alkoholu będzie naprawdę niewielka i odstęp czasowy od momentu zażycia leku do momentu spożycia alkoholu będzie wynosił co najmniej kilka godzin - jest to dopuszczalne. Proszę jednak traktować tę sytuację wyjątkowo i nie spożywać alkoholu na codzień podczas terapii lekiem Xarelto.
