How to proceed with suspected asthma with shortness of breath?

I have a suspicion of asthma. For now, the doctor recommended to stop cigarettes to avoid dust, dust, etc. He prescribed for a month ACC expectorant. After a month on the spirometry, however, I have problems with shortness of breath. What to do?

Konieczne jest zastosowanie do zaleceń- rezygnacja z palenia tytoniu, unikanie kurzu i podobnych alergenów.
Te kroki powinny poprawić komfort oddychania. Ważne jest scharakteryzować szczegółowo duszność- jaka jest częstotliwość, w jakich postach dnia się nasila. Jeśli duszność będzie obecna o podobnym nasileniu, należy zgłosić się do lekarza w ciągu najbliższych dni celem badania osłuchowego i najpewniej przepisania sterydu wziewnego.
