Is it normal that while taking contraception I gained 5 kg and my limbs swell?
Good morning, since November 2019 I am on hormonal pills due to PCOS. From the beginning I took vibin tablets, and at the last visit the gynecologist only Because doing an ultrasound of the ovaries - without any blood tests or hormones, she prescribed me Belatra tablets. I am in the middle of the second package, i.e. I have been taking them for 6 weeks and I have gained about 5kg. In addition, the limbs swell very much. Are these normal symptoms? I'm afraid the new pills are too strong for me...

Niestety, nie odnajduję leku o nazwie "Belatra".
Każdy lek może, ale nie musi wywoływać działania niepożądane, jednak nigdy nie jest to normalne. Podczas przyjmowania antykoncepcji hormonalnej powinna się Pani czuć normalnie, czyli tak, jak przed rozpoczęciem terapii.
