When to reinsor Ginoring if I fell out while pulling out a tampon?
Hi, for the third day I do not have a Ginoring disc on because I simply fell out in the world while pulling out a tampon (at least I suspect). There was no open pharmacy in my area so I couldn't buy it. When to reinsim it? On the 1st day of the cycle, can I do it right away?

Może Pani zastosować nowy krążek od razu, jednak proszę zabezpieczać się dodatkowo przez pierwsze 7 dni prezerwatywą i w trakcie krwawienia z odstawienia stosować podpaski.
