Is it possible to drink hathorn, St. John's wort and other herbs when using Labofarm Sedative Tablets?

When using labofarm sedative tablets, can I additionally drink haout/St. John's wort tea or other herbs?

Tak, podczas stosowania Tabletek uspokajających Labofarm można pić herbatkę z głogu, dziurawca lub innych ziół.
Należy mieć natomiast na uwadze, iż dodatkowe przyjmowanie ziół o działaniu uspokajającym (dziurawiec, melisa, chmiel) zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, takich jak np. senność, zmęczenie, spadek ciśnienia krwi, zaburzenia koncentracji. Dlatego podczas przyjmowania tego typu środków należy obserwować swój organizm, a w razie wystąpienia wyżej opisanych symptomów - zrezygnować z dodatkowej suplementacji ziół o działaniu uspokajającym.
