How to switch from Axia Conti to Drosfemine?
Good morning, I am currently taking axia Conti and next month I am changing these pills to Drosfemine with the same composition. In the last pack of Axia Conti, which I am currently taking, I miss the last active tablet, so I have 23+4. My doctor told me to just continue as it is, that is, to start taking the placebo the day before (then as if it were to be the last active pill) and normally after these 4 placebos start a new pack of Drosfemine. I understand that such a solution is fine and the cycle will regulate itself again and the withdrawal bleeding will appear normally or maybe a day later due to one day difference? The doctor also assured me that the protection would be preserved. However, if the bleeding occurred at a different time, e.g. the day before the placebo pills, or the day after, is something wrong then?

W przypadku zmiany z Axia Conti na Drosfemine - zgodnie z dokumentacją leku - "stosowanie leku Drosfemine najlepiej rozpocząć następnego dnia po przyjęciu ostatniej tabletki aktywnej (ostatniej tabletki zawierającej substancje czynne) poprzednio stosowanych tabletek antykoncepcyjnych, ale nie później niż w dniu następującym po przerwie w przyjmowaniu poprzednich tabletek (lub po przyjęciu ostatniej nieaktywnej tabletki z poprzednich tabletek antykoncepcyjnych)". Może więc Pani postąpić tak, jak zaproponował Pani ginekolog.
Krwawienie z odstawienia zwykle rozpoczyna się w 2. lub 3. dniu po
przyjęciu ostatniej tabletki leku Axia Conti czy też Drosfemine, zawierającej substancje czynne. Jeden dzień różnicy (szybsze przyjęcie placebo) nie powinno mieć wpływu na wystąpienia krwawienia z odstawienia ani teraz, ani w kolejnym cyklu. Krwawienie z odstawienia nie jest fizjologiczną miesiączką i nie wynika z "kalendarzyka", ale jest ściśle powiązane z przejściem do przyjmowania tabletek placebo.
