Can spotting occur after stopping Belara?

Hello. I accepted 3 packs of Balera tablets. When I finished the 3rd box, after a seven-day break I could not accept the next package because I did not have it. I'm waiting for my period now and I want to start again but for a week I have a strange brown mucus and there is a lot of it. On paper, when I pee I have blood with mucus. My stomach doesn't hurt maybe twice but it was a slight pain. This strange spotting began somewhere 14 days after weaning. Is it the result of stopping the pills or something else? Should I be worried? Or is it a period?

Może on trwać nawet do 6 miesięcy.
