Does Polpril have other ingredients and side effects than Piramil?

Hi please advise if the drug Polpril 10mg may differ in action or some side effects from Piramil 10mg? I took Polpril for 5 years since the end of 2018, the cardiologist changed it to Piramil substitute because of the price - a package of 60tabl is enough for longer and despite the payment of 100% comes out cheaper. Unfortunately, somewhere from this period (more or less) to now I have catchment sweats, despite the fact that the GP ordered an ionogram - sodium and potassium in the norm, I am treated for prediabetes and I have increased glycemia on an empty stomach but according to the doctor it should not cause this hyperhidrosis - it is very troublesome, whether winter or summer catchment sweats -head, back .. Can Pyramil have an additional ingredient that would work for me like that? physically, the tablets are larger than Polpril and you can also feel such warmth on the tongue before swallowing it.
