Do I need to take all the Active Atyvia tablets from the next pack after skipping the placebo from the previous one?

To postpone the withdrawal bleeding by a few days, is it possible to take instead of 21 tablets, e.g. 26? I don't want to take a break at all and take the second whole package in a row, because I'm afraid that then during the second package I may have some spotting. The question is whether then I am normally protected during 26 days with a tablet and 7 days break? Is this not practiced?
