Do I use ginoring properly if I take it out on Friday and a week later on Friday I put on a new one?
Recently I use GINORING pucks. I started to get stressed, do I count these days well? Should I take 7 days of full break? Am I doing well to pull out, for example, on Friday and assume the next Friday? Thank you for your reply

Jak podaje producent: "Jeśli Ginoring założono w środę około godziny 22.00, należy
go usunąć również w środę, 3 tygodnie później, około godziny 22.00. W następną środę należy założyć nowy system terapeutyczny dopochwowy."
Zatem krążek stosuje Pani prawidłowo i nie ma powodów do obaw.
