Nie znajduję informacji, aby telmisartan (składnik aktywny leku Tolura) wpływał na wzrost masy ciała. Chociaż niektóre wyjątkowo rzadkie skutki uboczne mogą nie być opisane w ulotce, to jeśli obserwuje Pani u siebie przybieranie na wadze, należy w pierwszej kolejności wykluczyć inne przyczyny - przede wszystkim nadmierną podaż kalorii przy niedostatecznym wydatku energetycznym (brak aktywności fizycznej).
