What painkiller can I use for severe uterine pain after childbirth if I can't straighten myself or get out of bed?
On Friday, I gave birth to two children by the forces of nature (without cracking, notching). At the bottom it smells like I'm not giving birth at all. However, I have very severe uterine pains which have already contracted very strongly. I gave birth without any anesthesia, gas, etc. and I admit that it did not hurt me as it is now. In addition, I began to get a storm of food. The midwife suggested ibuprom, but my breasts don't hurt. Is it better to take ibuprofen or paracetamol for these horrible uterine pains? It hurts me so that I can't straighten up and get out of bed

W mojej ocenie powinna Pani skonsultować się w trybie pilnym z ginekologiem, zanim sięgnie po jakikolwiek lek przeciwbólowy. Ból silny tak, że nie może się Pani wyprostować, czy wstać z łóżka jest wskazaniem do natychmiastowej wizyty u lekarza.
Bez określenia konkretnej przyczyny, nie podejmę się sugestii, który lek powinna Pani przyjąć, gdyż nie wydaje mi się to zasadne bez opinii lekarza.
