Am I also protected during a 7-day break using discs?

If I use discs as recommended by 21 days and 7 days off and again during these seven days break and the next few days after the new disc is laid, am I protected, or do I need to use additional protection during these days?

Jeśli używa Pani krążków zgodnie z zaleceniami, to jest Pani chroniona także w trakcie 7-dniowej przerwy.

Czy jeśli używam krążków zgodnie z zaleceniem 21 dni i 7 dni przerwy i znow od nowa to w czasie tych siedmiu dni przerwy i następnych kilku dni od wlozenia nowego krążka jestem chroniona, czy trzeba używać przez te dni dodatkowego zabezpieczenia ?
