Why can't I buy a drug called Calcium Sandoz Forte from any pharmacy?

Why can't I buy a drug called Calcium Sandoz Forte from any pharmacy? Does this drug have a replacement? When will it be available for purchase? The doctor did not mention anything when writing the prescription that the drug was difficult to access.
