Are diarrhoea, vomiting and weakness normal after you start taking Faxolet?

I am after the first dose of faxolet 3.75 taken last night, today diarrhea, vomiting and weakness. Is that normal?

Biegunka i wymioty to jedne z częstych działań niepożądanych leku Faxolet.
Jeśli dolegliwości nie miną w pierwszym 1-2 tygodniach stosowania leku, proszę skontaktować się z lekarzem w celu zmiany sposobu leczenia. Proszę pamiętać o odpowiedniej podaży płynów oraz jeśli to konieczne, można wdrożyć leczenie objawowe - o leczeniu biegunki piszemy tutaj:
