U osób z niewydolnością nerek (lub po usunięciu nerki) konieczne może okazać się zmniejszenie dawki leku Rostil.
Choć lek ten dostępny jest bez recepty, w Pani przypadku warto byłoby poradzić się lekarza przed rozpoczęciem terapii.
Bezpieczniejsze byłoby zastosowanie preparatu na hemoroidy o działaniu miejscowym - np. krem, czopki - przykłady znajdzie Pani tutaj:
