Are Clotrimazolum and Alantan creams enough for an acute fungal infection?

I have been using Ginoring for 2 weeks now. This is my first time with hormonal contraception. Almost at the same time I had to use the antibiotic Amotaks due to breaking out 8. Today, I have an acute fungal infection of intimate zones. I think that's rather the reason for the antibiotic because I had diarrhea, but should I take out the ginoring puck? I need to see a doctor, is it enough to use special ointments (Clotrimazolum and Alantan)?
