Sylimarol jest lekiem zawierającym wyciąg z ostropestu plamistego. Wspomaga regenerację uszkodzonych komórek wątroby i zapobiega ich uszkodzeniu. Działa ochronnie na wątrobę i reguluje jej pracę. Nie ma przeciwwskazań do stosowania leku łącznie z preparatem Biofibrat.
